Despite COVID-19, and everything else that’s been thrown at this couple, Amanda + Jean have chosen to stay the course and get married in 2020. Cheers to that determination, right!? These tenacious two gifted the world with the most magical fall micro wedding inspiration…just a gorgeously, orange-filled practice run for the real thing.
With what feels like a gift to us is a true summer-colored masterpiece of styling from design teams Cassandra Daye Wedding Co., and Wild Flower Event Design Co. A + J look right out of an etherial summer fairytale with every shade of orange we could possibly want. There couldn’t be a more perfect example of how stunning a micro wedding, or small wedding ceremony can be!
Cassandra Daye Photography captures the gorgeous orange glow + intimate setting of this inspiration:
Gorgeous Wedding Dress with Statement Sleeves
Are you speechless? This bridal look is everything. Hair and makeup by Osman Salam is dewy, radiant, and accentuates her true beauty.
Those statement sleeves! We must say, this classic, straight gown would be sweet enough, but the statement sleeves absolutely bring it home. Emmy Mae Bridal designed this lovely gown.
So Much Gorgeous Orange Glow
Fall Micro Wedding Inspiration Backyard Setup
First thing to note about this amazing micro wedding ceremony setup is that its foundation is a front porch. With just a bit of floral love, it’s completely transformed! Olive & June Floral Co. brings this set of stairs to life; as well as, pulls every stunning shade of orange out of hiding and into these arrangements. From monarch to rust and every shade of orange in between. The flowers are just mesmerizing.
Jean knows how to rock this light peach suit, and we’re here for it! How well does that color go with all the orange love going on?
Time For That Golden Sunlight
Cozy up with a specialty cocktail, because it’s your special day!
On Golden Pond
It’s a real micro wedding moment here for Amanda + Jean as they practice for their own very special day, soon to come.
This bauble candle installation is soo romantic! We love the end-of-day glow all around.
Being a COVID bride was not on my list of things to do in the year 2020, but it is now my reality. COVID has forced us to drop our guest count from 250 to just 50. Knowing that not all of our family and friends would be there to celebrate with us was a real let down. Let’s just say that our anxiety and stress levels were at an all-time high. However, no matter the guest count we have decided to persevere and still have our wedding. While planning our wedding of now 50 guests, we’ve realized that as long as we have our family and close loved ones there to witness our union, it will be the best day! To all my fellow COVID brides out there, do not be dismayed by all that’s happening around us. Your wedding day will still go down in history as one of the best days of your life. We look forward to our big day as the time quickly dwindles down and look forward to the stories that we’ll be telling our future children about our COVID wedding.
